Erica is a Real Estate Salesperson at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. After relocating her family from New York City and navigating the rental and home purchasing process herself, Erica wanted to address the shortcomings she encountered by utilizing her decade of financial project management and process audit expertise. Her objective is to help others who face the challenge in finding the perfect home for their family and to help sellers with a custom and innovative marketing plan to maximize the return on their most cherished possession.

Erica has a contagious enthusiasm and passion for finding solutions, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the Fairfield County area. She brings to Coldwell Banker experience in relocation, renovations, staging, and design.
Prior to real estate, Erica spent a decade working on client-related technology system enhancements for several of the largest global financial institutions - most recently as a Director with Morgan Stanley. In this client-focused role, she was recognized within the firm for her technological and problem solving skills as well as her unwavering commitment to client service. This experience along with her strong project management, marketing and negotiating skills are incomparable services she brings to her real estate clients.
Erica currently resides in Southport, CT with her husband, two young sons and a French bulldog. In her free time she enjoys visiting the local beaches, parks, and wonderful restaurants with her family and friends. She holds leadership positions at her son’s school, is a board member for her neighborhood association, and an active fundraiser for Autism Speaks. Erica received a Bachelor’s degree in Decision Information Science from the University of Florida, a Masters in Business Administration from Florida State University, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors.
